In 2009 I lost 40 lbs and I got a new butt. How? Diet and exercise, that's the short answer. But all of the things I learned that made it emotionally possible, that allowed me to succeed when I had failed before - that will take longer. This blog celebrates the intelligence of the body.     Thanks for checking in! I'm doing much better, but still don't know what caused my gall bladder attack. It lasted five days - on a scale of one to ten, during the first 72 hours, the pain vacillated between 4 and 9. Tom was by my side and we took really good care of me, and the pain gradually lessened; I went to a job yesterday and also took a bike ride. I also ate meat yesterday; we're adding things in to my diet to see if different foods cause a flair-up. So far so good.
